The signs of the New Age, or the new consciousness on Earth, are subtle and barely noticeable to the masses. They are signs and movements full of peace and harmony, and they expand rather than limit or suppress. The new consciousness does not exclude the current world; it creates new spaces within it with a higher vibration. These spaces breathe in the eternal spirit and breathe it out into this world. They exclude nothing, and yet nothing remains as it once was. The breath changes, even if only in small steps, the course of the development of the Earth and of humanity. Human beings are reborn, from ignorance to true knowledge and to their higher facets in life. It is their soul that initiates and accomplishes this birth. It is the divine tool in human beings that the Eternal One uses. Human beings themselves are not capable of accomplishing this great adventure of transformation. However, they are capable of opening themselves to this soul, allowing themselves to be guided and reshaped. This power, which comes through the soul, allows human beings to become aware of their true selves again. It awakens from oblivion, and this power reshapes the entire Earth, transforming its opposites into unity. This consciousness of unity, into which we are now being lifted, knows no separation and no suffering. Its power connects the seemingly incompatible, lifts it out of separation and leaves behind unity, love, truth, beauty, true goodness, freedom and peace, that which the soul within us longs for. It is the bridge in our hearts, the bridge to our true being, and let us allow our hearts to open to this power. It creates space within us, opens doors to forgotten expanses and possibilities, and leads us through the wounds and shadows of our human existence into divine consciousness. Then it becomes clear that separation was never real. So become still and get in touch with your heart, and allow a space to arise within you in the midst of life's challenges, a space that frees you and gives you wings to fly in this existence.

True striving is like the striving of a plant that works its way through the earth, grows out of the earth and ultimately blossoms. This plant unfolds its potential, what it truly is. And so it may also be in humans. True striving is not the striving for something external. It is not the pursuit of external happiness or prestige or money and wealth, or a better position. True striving is the unfolding of what we already are inside, what we brought with us when we incarnated. It is of no use to us to try to unfold something that is not there within us. That would be like a sunflower trying to unfold thorns because a rose has thorns. That is not possible. It will fail. The sunflower unfolds exactly what it is. But humans have ideas and notions of how they could be, and these notions on this mental level are often distorted. They do not correspond to the true spirit or the true potential within us. But we try to compare ourselves and say, “He has so much money, he has this, he has that, I want that too”. And we chase after this carrot, which is very exhausting and often unsuccessful. But when we turn our gaze inward, reconnect with our soul, then we feel what is within us, and also the power that is there, that wants to unfold what is there and reveal this beauty and ultimately reveal this perfection in this world, of what we really are. And we are individuals, and each of us is unique. There are no repetitions; even though we are all human beings, there are no copies of us. We are unique. So we cannot compare ourselves with others, and the same is true in spirituality. Seeking liberation in the outside world, seeking happiness in the outside world, these are all ideas and states that others talk about, but we cannot find them in the outside world and no one can give them to us. These states take place in the unfolding of who we are. And trying to get rid of what we are and what has not yet unfolded in order to attain liberation is only half the truth, I would say. Because then the divine within us does not get the space to reveal itself on this earth and therefore cannot have an effect on this earth. So liberation is not the final state of what we are here on Earth for. The same goes for enlightenment. Enlightenment takes place within us. It is not outside. We shine light into what is still hidden within us. We illuminate it and bring it to light, peeling away the core of ourselves, the truth within us, the eternal within us, until it emerges like a bud opening here on Earth. Thus, true progress is a movement that comes from within, and it is unique, just as we are all unique. Inner progress can be nourished, helping potential to unfold, and we do not find this nourishment in the world, but in our devotion to the divine. Everything we need to grow and unfold is then given to us. And if the direction of prayer and supplication is an inward-directed and inward-focused request that what is true in us, what is eternal in us, may grow, unfold and reveal itself, then it will happen. And of course we also learn externally, and progress also takes place as human beings, but it is a secondary matter that takes place, or it is the consequence of inner development, which then takes shape externally. And this unfolding from within can and will probably often happen with friction on the outside, and it is inevitable. A plant that fights its way through the earth from the seed is also an image of it going through something. The seed bursts in the earth and it roots itself with the earth in one direction and in the other direction it grows outward through the earth.If we want to unfold what is divine within us, we must set aside the way we have unfolded until now, that is, from the human mind, from the mental, and turn to a higher dimension, a broader dimension, eternal consciousness. And that can only be done from within. To do this, we must open ourselves, we must empty ourselves in order to receive what is already there in the divine and wants to come to Earth and be revealed here on Earth. And as long as all the vital desires, ideas and wishes are present in human beings, these qualities will spread and manifest themselves in the world. As long as human beings are not aware of the source of their actions or what they manifest, the lower aspects of nature will continue to take precedence in manifesting themselves. But human beings have a choice about what they want. And in their development, they reach a point where they are no longer satisfied with lower needs, where they want to bring down the highest, the most beautiful, the best for everyone. And thus wants to reveal the divine here on Earth. It is a path, a process in which the divine unfolds like a flower in our existence here on Earth. And we ourselves decide what we want, what we want to be, how we want to be, based on how we are right now. Thank you for listening.

Integral consciousness, or I could also say all-consciousness, includes all stages of the development or unfolding of consciousness itself. Ultimately, it is metaphorically like a staircase that unfolds. And on each step we have various experiences that help us to unfold our being in the world. And on each of these steps there are different tools, actions, situations, forms, encounters in different combinations. And therefore it is possible to have certain experiences at this level. Once we have had all the experiences that are necessary for our soul at such a level, we rise in this consciousness to the next level of eternal consciousness. And we incarnate again and again, expanding our consciousness or the consciousness unfolds within us. So someone who has already unfolded consciousness in many lifetimes is at a different level to someone who is just beginning to unfold this consciousness. And that's where the differences in how we see the world come from, also in how we act, speak and behave in the world. But that doesn't mean that someone who is on the first level is somehow worse. Not at all. At this level, on this ground, there is simply only what is there to unfold. And this person can only act in this way in the consciousness in which he is at that moment. So everything is perfect. There are no mistakes. There is nothing wrong and nothing right. Everything has its right to be where it is. So in integral consciousness, the word integral, the integration of all the aspects of our being and our soul in this great consciousness happens on different levels or stairs. And everything that we unfold at each level of consciousness in the great consciousness, we try to integrate in our life, in our human existence. In other words, to bring it down deep into matter. And at each of these levels, everything is then also a truth of this level that belongs to this level. But ultimately it is a half-truth, a partial truth of a comprehensive consciousness. So every level in this consciousness is also subject to a kind of limitation or restriction. And this limitation also has a right to exist because certain things and experiences can be made at precisely this level because this limitation is there. And if a person experiences suffering at this level, they repeatedly come up against this limitation in their consciousness and cannot progress any further. And this gives rise to pain and suffering. And this friction in itself also has a right to exist. It enables us to cross this wall or this limitation. But this only happens when everything there was to learn at this stage has been learnt and integrated into our consciousness. Only then does the expansion follow, which is often associated with this pain and suffering due to this friction at this boundary, where we simply cannot go any further. And at this point, helpers come into play and ultimately the grace of God, which breaks this limitation and allows us to climb the next level. But until then, we have to integrate everything that is not yet integrated on all our levels, in our mind, in our heart, in our body. And on each of these levels we have the experience of highs and the experience of lows, the experience of light and the experience of shadow. Ultimately, it is the divine interaction in everything. It is the Ananda or bliss that expands within us at all levels of our human existence. The Ananda that is there in everything, or the eternal love that flows through everything, flows through, expands us in this human existence. And if a person experiences suffering at this level, they repeatedly come up against this limitation in their consciousness and cannot progress any further. And out of that we experience it as pain because these limitations are there within us. But ultimately it is a grace that happens because through this pain the expansion into eternal consciousness takes place, into eternal Ananda, into eternal bliss. So every limitation is in reality a possibility of expansion in the eternal consciousness and also in our life. This eternal consciousness includes world consciousness and also cosmic consciousness, which is not yet accessible to many. And there are also stages that we go through and integrate into ourselves. In this process of integration, not only does the expansion of our self take place, but we as human beings become an instrument of light that is brought down to earth, into the world and also to these levels of consciousness, levels of development. So the passage is an ascent and a descent. It happens simultaneously or at the same time. Like a tree that extends its roots deep into the earth, i.e. deep into consciousness, into eternal consciousness, it accordingly also bears fruit within itself and outwards, into the world. It is an inverted tree. Its roots are in the eternal consciousness and there it expands and takes root in the eternal in order to bring the fruits to the earth, i.e. to bring the light down. So there is nothing in this consciousness that is not useful or unnecessary. Everything has its purpose, completely everything, without exception. It therefore has a right to exist for a certain time, for a certain task, for a certain expression in this eternal consciousness and world. And so even the so-called distortions, distortions or knots, call them what you will, were created for a specific justification, for a specific reason and they had a function that served or still serves. It is important to bear this in mind. Only when the soul has reached the point in a person that this knot or disfigurement can be turned or untwisted back into its natural position can it be done. Not before. So everything also happens at a certain point in time, at a certain maturity of our soul and our human existence. Lightness in being... Or how is it possible to live a light life? The lightness in our being begins in our thinking. Surely everyone has noticed that when they are in a good mood, when they have positive thoughts, when their mind is open, a lightness flows in their actions. And things happen that you would never have thought of before. New opportunities arise, new encounters happen. But if we have a full mind, if we are full of thoughts that are often contrary to each other or have negative thoughts, then our mind is heavy and the action becomes correspondingly heavy. It is the way our mind is. What we then do. It is therefore important to develop mindfulness and to look at what attitude I am in at the moment. Or what state of consciousness am I in right now? Which spirit is currently working or thinking through me? Or I could put it another way, what is my consciousness like? Is it empty? Is it receptive? Or are there many things going on in my consciousness right now? Perhaps there are also battles going on, doubts, judgments, evaluations. All of this influences our action and, accordingly, the vibration that is in this action. And it can be felt in the result of this action, in what we have created, how it vibrates. At what level does it vibrate? How high is the vibration or how low is the vibration? Is it wide and open and inviting or is it oppressive or even threatening? We can feel that. Humans are capable of this. Animals are also capable of feeling this. Plants are also capable of feeling the vibration. Since our consciousness and our mind, or in other words, what we think, influences the action, we can control it and influence what the result is or will be. Every human being has a will, a free will. And it is up to him where he directs his attention, i.e. his mind. If our chitta is directed towards what nourishes, what radiates, what expands, what vibrates high, what brings joy, then we will also be the result of this. We as human beings then vibrate in this quality. But if we focus our chitta, our attention on struggle, on problems, on fear or on greed, lust, all the low vibrating, vital movements, we become it. We then vibrate in this quality and accordingly we also attract similar vibrations in the world and often wonder why strange people or beings come to us. But if we focus our attention on our center, on our heart or for some on the crown of our head, we experience an opening or a gateway through which the soul speaks to us. A gateway through which true knowledge flows and eternal love flows. And from this source we can always refuel, from this source we are nourished and from this source or from this ground we can act. Ultimately, divine life on earth is an action drawn from this plane, a pure divine expression. Then what is created in the process no longer matters. It is not important or it is not a priority. What is important is the quality, the substance that vibrates in it. And this substance vibrates at a divine level, is pure, the pure expression of the divine, of the heart, of the pure soul. It is up to us from which ground our actions are taken and our lives are shaped. And if we only know a low vibrating ground, full of fear and worry, our life will be shaped accordingly. But if we know a ground of joy and lightness, our life will be shaped accordingly. So if we know the soil of the pure soul, if we know the divine within us, it is possible to live the divine life on earth from this point onwards. Those who have not yet recognized the pure soul, who have not yet come into contact with it, naturally do not yet have this ground from which they can act. And accordingly he acts from the ground on which he stands, which he knows. And that is what most people are currently doing in this world. Only a few draw from the ground of eternal joy and eternal love and therefore also lightness. But it is available to everyone! The pure soul lives in each of us. So I invite you to enter this soil, to seek this soil, to long for this true soil and to discover it, the soil of God's true lightness in each of us. It is possible. And ultimately we are all heading towards it. Those who are consciously aware of it and those who are still unconscious. We are all heading towards it because it is our destiny. In the German language, trust contains the word vertrauen, which means to dare. To dare to go into an uncertain future. To do something without knowing what the outcome will be. Without having any certainty. Perhaps even without knowing how it should go. And yet trusting your inner voice. Trust is a very deep feeling that flows through all our human layers. And without trust that something will turn out well, we wouldn't start anything new or take any steps at all. Trust is a necessary feeling for the inner connection with our pure soul, with the higher consciousness, with God. It is a feeling that comes from a different dimension than the human dimension, the usual human dimension or the usual human state of consciousness. Trust has something to do with a deeper knowing or a deep certainty within us, without us being able to explain it exactly. It is a gift. And who or what can we trust in this day and age? Everything on the surface is constantly changing, is in constant flux and is also subject to deception. We cannot trust what others say because they will always speak from the point of view they are in. From the consciousness in which they are, from which they are looking. Those who trust in what others say or what others do must ultimately be disappointed if it does not match what is in their heart. Disappointment is ultimately nothing other than the removal of the illusion that we were wrong about someone or something. We have not looked inwardly. We didn't check inwardly and didn't trust what was happening inside us. Perhaps we didn't look at all. But those who look within, who examine inwardly, know. And that is the only thing we can trust. Deep in our hearts, we are guided by a higher power, a higher knowledge and absolute love. That is the only thing we can trust. And in this day and age, it is essential that we rediscover this trust and that we trust what is revealed within us. This inner being is ultimately the connection to the divine. And only this divine knows everything that happens in the world and beyond the world. Only this knowledge is true knowledge. And only this knowledge can we trust. No one in the world can give or bestow trust on us. It is a gift from God. It is a gift from the divine mother, your pure soul. Most people in our time trust in information, trust in other people's assessments, trust in what they can see with their eyes, hear with their ears or touch with their hands. But none of this is trustworthy. And so I would like to encourage everyone to trust this voice that is deep within you, deep in your heart, to trust it alone. And follow that voice, radically, without compromise, no matter what happens, no matter if the world will like it or not, no matter what comes, what follows. Trust that this voice will ultimately lead you to the highest, to paradise, to Ananda, to oneness with God. Because who is this voice in your heart? It is God, the divine, speaking to you through the soul and waiting for you to turn to it and walk with it and live and act from it. Then your life will be divine, here on earth. Gratitude is not just a human means of communication. Gratitude is a powerful tool on the spiritual path. Gratitude is a feeling that springs from the pure soul. Gratitude has a very strong effect on all levels of being human. Above all, it opens the heart. But it also opens the mind, the consciousness. And ultimately, it also opens our cells in the body. It makes us receptive to all that is to be received. Gratitude is not just a word that we have learned to say when we receive something, i.e. it is not something moral. True gratitude springs from the soul. It springs from the heart. It establishes a connection with the divine. It is a direct touch of God, if you will. The moment gratitude emerges, there is an opening and the light streams in. And this gratitude changes the vibration around you, who is grateful, and automatically the vibration of your surroundings. It is very powerful, a very powerful tool. Gratitude opens our consciousness. It expands us. It makes us receptive so that we can move forward and develop. It is a positive force that opens us up as a bud. And this positive force creates an aura around us that protects us and also creates a resonance with other beings who help us along the way. We simply have to establish gratitude in our existence, in our humanity, for everything that is, regardless of whether we like it or not. What does that mean? It means that we should not only be grateful for things that we like, that we like, that taste good, that seem to help us, but also for things that seem to create problems or cause us friction or are painful. You have to understand that. If we can feel gratitude for these seemingly negative things, we can grow because we can then develop an understanding. We remain open and learn through the gratitude of this negative experience. If we condemn a negative experience, make it bad or condemn the other person who has brought this experience to us, we close ourselves off to the possibility of what is behind this apparent problem and what wants to show itself and ultimately transform. And through this transformation, through the change that happens, we expand. We enter the universal consciousness, from the small self into the big self. Therefore, gratitude is a very powerful tool. Gratitude to God for all that he gives us to grow up, to grow and unfold and ultimately to enter into him, to become one with the universal consciousness or God. Only in this openness can we penetrate things in our humanity and thus discover the divine mysteries and gain an understanding that helps us to embrace the whole world, embrace life, embrace the seemingly negative and unite the two opposing poles. This is not possible in a closed state. So gratitude is the touching of our humanity from the pure soul. It is a force that comes from the divine. And we as human beings only need to remember that this gratitude exists, to come into this attitude of gratitude. This attitude of gratitude not only opens us up to receiving divine power and knowledge, but also allows us to act out of gratitude. And this action is then divine, pure, the pure movement of divine power. The ego or the self loses itself in this, because God acts. And this kind of action strengthens us in our humanity. It also makes us grow in our humanity. It changes our relationship to the world, to being human. It changes the climate with our family, with our work colleagues, with our friends. All of this is brought down through the vibration of gratitude or the vibration that is there through the opening, all of this is then divine. And so divine life is established on earth through us. What is faith and how important is faith and hope in today's world? Faith is the prerequisite for us to enter into truth consciousness, to have spiritual experiences, to expand our minds and ultimately to perfect ourselves. Without faith, no movement is possible, not even on the human level. So faith opens us up to a possibility or several possibilities. If someone wants to do something in the world that they have not yet done, they must first believe that it is possible, even if they do not know how to do it. Without this, the movement is not possible. In other words, faith is a prerequisite for our actions and that what a person wants or desires is fulfilled. And it is the same with spiritual experience. Faith opens the door in people so that the higher consciousness, the light, can trickle in and enlighten and ultimately transform the levels - whether mental or vital and ultimately also expanding the physical consciousness. So faith is irreplaceable. But it must not be a dogma, a dogmatic faith or even a blind faith. That's where we get into the devil's kitchen and go round in circles. This faith I am talking about is like an open child that keeps itself open to life and that also opens itself to movement in life and on the higher levels. The child is empty and that is its bonus. It is empty and receptive. It has no judgments or evaluations, no dislikes or preferences. It is simply open and empty. And in this innocence, life pours into us and, as we develop further, so does the level of the divine. And it is similar with hope. Hope gives us a kind of endurance to remain in this openness and not to close again, but to remain open and receive the stream of eternal consciousness. So faith and hope are very important. And it begins, the spiritual journey begins with faith and hope and becomes the experience of different states of consciousness and one day also the experience of reality. What we hear with our senses today is somewhat degenerate and veiled. The world we experience today, through our senses, offers us worldly joy and its counterpart, suffering. This is dualistic because we experience the world through our human senses. But if we open ourselves to the light, if we open ourselves to the possibility of another dimension, a dimension that unites the worldly opposites, then an upliftment takes place. By merging the opposites, we are elevated to a higher level. From this level, there is no more friction between the opposites at that moment. It is a completely different realization, a completely new realization. It is oneness. But to be able to have this experience, we must first believe that it is possible and dwell in this belief. This faith becomes trust, a trust that then carries us further and enables a revelation to others. Thank you for listening.

One day when I was walking around our little village and sat down on the old wooden bench under the cherry tree at the top of the hill and looked at the fields stretched out in the hilly landscape, I was so moved that I got down on my knees and embraced the earth with my hands. Suddenly she began to tell me her story and I listened with an open heart, looking in amazement at the pictures she added to her tale. She said: "My story is also your story (by which she meant that of mankind) but I am much older than man. He created me out of nothing. He peeled out the molecules of His eternity, joined them together with His infinite love, kneaded them and formed images of His spirit out of Himself. Then he breathed his breath into this mixture and I was born in this universe. Man came much later. Before man and even now among mankind, other more highly developed beings also lived on and in me, but the man of today cannot see them. In the course of time, he has turned away from his divine nature and in his development has formed an organ that enables him to think. From this point onwards, he began to bring different things into the world that seemed to benefit him in some way in his life. He also forced the animal to do heavy work for him, and he also forced other beings of his kind to serve him. Over time he moved faster on me but he became more and more careless of himself and his surroundings. His natural ability to see, i.e. to see reality, became clouded and he began to distort natural laws. He became more and more blind from day to day and eternal knowledge disappeared from him. The life of the man of that time, who honored the Creator as friend and father and enjoyed his paradisiacal creation, turned into a life of suffering, lack and worry. The communities in which he lived and moved were dismembered and I too was dismembered, divided and taken in his mind. He began to treat me like a living thing, full of greed and covetousness, unkindness and violence. He completely forgot that I brought him into the world. He was born from my womb and enters my womb again. I nurture him and give myself completely to him. My expanse is his expanse and all the fruit I bring out of myself is his fruit. I give myself away anew every day, regardless of whether someone eats my fruit or not. He is free and safe in my arms, I wash and dry him, even absorb all his disharmonies and give myself away anew every day. But his attitude towards me changed over time. It seems to me that through this organ of thought he separated himself from me and we are less and less in contact and connection with each other. He began to abuse my goodness and destroy my beauty and harmony. His inventions bring the naturalness of my being and its order into chaos and create ulcers on my skin that grow so large that they make it difficult for me to breathe. The poisons he pours into me poison the beings that live on me and that I nourish. My natural movements become unbalanced and I no longer know what to do. Out of this pain came a cry from me and at the same time a call to the One who created me: 'I don't know who you are and I don't know your name, but if you continue to torment me like this, I will soon die. You created me and all the beings that live on me. Send your grace, send your love and your light down on me so that I can serve all the beings that live on me as you want me to!!!' And then something strange happened, I became lighter and the crust that weighed on me broke in some places and a light entered me that I thought I was floating for a moment. And a voice answered: ‘So be it’ and I realized how this power that entered me and also came out of me established a conscious connection to all planets and universes as well as to the source from which I was born. Since then, strange things have been happening that I can't yet describe well, but I can see that they are serving me and the development of the universe. It feels as if I am going through a kind of cleansing and step by step everything old and oppressive is falling away from me. I don't know how it all happens and I don't do anything about it myself, but I am open to this power and this light that flows into me and makes me feel like a new person. As this power flows into me, I feel a different kind of vibration that reorganizes my being and the substance I am made of. There are shifts and currents within me that reshape my surface. These movements are not always easy to bear but I realize that this influx of power, even if it is painful, leaves a deep peace and a harmonious order that is very much my true nature. It is as if I am not only washed but also given a completely new dress that is one with my true nature. But this dress is of a different nature than what I have known so far. How can I put it, I become a new earth, as I have never been before. This change in my vibration naturally also brings about changes in my inhabitants. New beings live on me that I have only seen in other worlds so far. They are very full of light and do work on me that is very beneficial to me. I don't have much of an idea about what exactly is happening, but it feels expansive and liberating. I am very, very grateful for that. The plants and animals are already involved in this movement too. This light is also flowing through them and of course their vibration is changing with it. They change their behavior and also their movements according to this new vibration. They are all in a state of flux. It's only people who have a lot of difficulty with this. It seems to me that they are a bit stubborn or perhaps blind. They are still trying to hold on to old things when new paths are already emerging for them. They are a bit like stowaways, they don't know what is happening and where they are going. They just drift along or run towards the abyss full of zeal. Their measuring instruments are cold and dead. They know nothing of the living vibrations of love in creation, nor can they grasp the light that flows into me and shapes me. I have already seen several times that with my growth and the accompanying changes since my birth, some species have died and never returned. Perhaps humans are now one of them. But this change that is happening to me now is new. It is not like the other changes, because I am no longer in this process of growth. Change is perhaps not the right word for what is happening. I'm not being made prettier or better. It is not that. Something completely new is emerging in me, but it has been hidden deep inside me for a long time. That's why I'm totally ready to let go of everything that's allowed to go. It's not really letting go, it just happens, things fall away from me and something radiant appears in and on me. A new kind of beauty and harmony spreads. Some days I have the impression that heaven or the universe is inside me, that the connection with everything becomes so clear and distinct. That the one who created me lives in me and his aliveness is becoming more and more evident in me. I can't really see him, but I can feel him and his presence. I feel that this love and the light that is working in me are his instruments and that all these beings full of light are his servants or children. And this whole movement, this breaking open of this crust and the merging with my creator, reveals an unprecedented earth, I am as if I am being recreated. Maybe my name will no longer be Earth, maybe there will be another name that has never existed before. But I don't know that today, but I do know one thing for sure: It will end well, deep inside me I feel carried, protected and safe in His hands." And then all these images disappeared, as if she had drawn them back into herself. I opened my eyes and saw the sun gently caressing me and this earth. From then on, I knew that this earth had a soul that was deeply connected to me. Her story touched not only my heart but every single cell in my body with this deep revelation. Something came true, and this something allowed me to access dimensions that were previously hidden from me. Full of gratitude and love I bow to her, my earth, mother and friend.
