Saints

There are saints whom Sagarji Ma met on her spiritual path and who have influenced her. Some are known to the public, others are not. Some of them belong to different religions, but their work is universal, beyond religion, race and gender.
Here are some of them:

Hints from eternity for the world

"Real silence means there is actually nowhere else for the mind to go." ~ Anandamayima

"Action dedicated to God is alone true action; all the rest is useless and therefore no action at all."  ~ Anandamayima

"Indeed, everything is possible in the state that is beyond knowledge and ignorance." ~ Anandamayima

One always has something to learn and progress to make. In every circumstance we can find an opportunity to learn a lesson and make progress. Progress means being willing to give up every minute everything you are and have in order to advance on the path. Progress is a sign of Divine influence in creation."  ~ Sweet Mother

"For the mind to blossom, it must go beyond what it knows.  A common mistake is to think that ONE reality is THE reality. One must always be prepared to give up one reality for a greater one."  ~ Mother Meera

"Humility is love. Humility is what the heart knows. True joy is humble, because it is pure, it is something given. A humble person always recognizes his own faults very quickly. If you are not humble, the Divine will not avail itself

of you."  ~ Mother Meera

"Be like a child - pure, full of love, spontaneous, infinitely flexible, and ready to marvel and accept miracles at any moment."  ~ Mother Meera

"That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee,

Ye must be born again."  ~ Jesus Christ (Johannes 3, 6-7)

"Truly I tell you," He said, "unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven".  ~ Jesus Christ (Matthaeus 18,3)

"Mankind is engaged in an eternal quest for that “something else” he hopes will bring him happiness, complete and unending. For those individual souls who have sought and found God, the search is over: He is that Something Else."  ~ Paramahansa Yogananda

"Master your mind or it will master you."  ~ Siddhartha Gautama

"The light-mental is a transitional stage through which we pass from the supramental and superhumanity to an enlightened humanity. For the new humanity will be capable of an at least partially deified way of seeing and living, for it will live in light and knowledge and no longer in darkness and ignorance."  ~ Sri Aurobindo
